Cognitive View’s AFCA Insights is an independent service that provides insights from AFCA’s historical complaint management data. This allows firms to learn and get a deeper understanding of complaint patterns, AFCA’s decisions making approaches, and actionable insights to support the exiting IDR processes and respond efficiently to AFCA’s lodged complaints.
This service is built leveraging the AFCA’s existing publicly available information but continuously updated to keep up to date. This is offered in SAAS (Software As A Service) model with subscription-based pricing.

Absolutely. Note that AFCA Insights monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime you want. Just go to the billing section and click on the “Cancel your account” button.

This is a single-user subscription model. The rule is user = 1 account = 1 email address.

We don't have a free trial available currently, but we are happy to organize a demo to walk through the functionalities. If you don't find the value you can always cancel after 1 month.

AFCA provides AFCA data cube and basic determination search functionality. AFCA insights are more up-to-date than the AFCA Data cube and provide deep-dive insights that allow you to make decisions faster and manage your compliance risk better.

Yes, you can precisely find out COVID-19 related emerging complaint patterns. 

This will be available from 15th September. Go to team settings and invite as many users as you need. Keep in mind that you will be charged per user (one user = one email).
